We are a frequent visitor here. Normally order in-store, but have been using the app lately mainly to get the exclusive 14″ pizza vs ordering two 11″ pizzas. The downside is the staff have to read instead of hearing what you want. Well, this day there was a new person making the pizzas and they made both pizzas wrong. The 14″ was made as an 11″ and the Red Vine was made with Feta instead of mozzarella. These things happen. They remade the pizzas correctly and it just took a little longer to get them. The staff were very apologetic and did their best to get them done during a busy Sunday lunch rush.

Newness of the establishment has definately written off. Employees did not appear to want to be there, out of onions and ham? Really?? No longer have condiments on shelf for customer use. Food was still edible, however.

Worst experience I have ever had at this place. Girl who has tattoo by her right ear totally gives me attitude and is completely disrespectful. She says there is no pesto and gives me attitude when I ask if they have anymore. She says no. And I point at the cheese I want because I obviously do not know what type it is. She again gives me a nasty look and says I need to be more specific, obviously knowing what I am pointing at. Such a rude and disrespectful person. She has no business in the customer service field. My last time to this place!!

Yesterday I went at blaze pizza with my girlfriend and when order two pizza and the mixed up our order and the girl who was doing oven apologized to us and she asked us to remake our pizza even though she wasn’t the one who mixed up our order. She apologized nicely and I was happy and she cooked our pizza the way we asked.

Pizzas were generally good, but my daughters was burnt on the bottom and wasn’t very good. Plenty of staff making pizzas but only one guy cooking them and dealing with customers as they recieved their finished pizzas

I ordered Blaze today. Large pepperoni. The pizza was 10 minutes late, not the end of the world, but the pizza was partly burned and generally overcooked. No apology. Put it in a box and said the bottom wasn’t burned. There were 5 employees in the store and few customers. Should have offered to cook a new one or a coupon or something. I was liking Blaze but this experience was unsatisfactory.
