Attempted to visit this location nearby 30 minutes ago to no avail. Upon recollection, the past few times my family had wanted to eat at Hardee’s here in Chester, SC I can recall the same scenario happening. I am really wondering if this place is even open. The same two cars are there no matter if it’s day or night it seems and no one is there to take your order. I literally have come to cringe at the sound of my fame wanting Hardee’s for supper! Can’t stand their attitude, would hate to see their working conditions based off manners and etiquette as well as the service I hardly ever receive. My family will not go hungry counting on this franchise again. Could happily eat Wendy’s or little ceasers.. wish they would do something but several complaints continue to be unanswered or corrected. Again, no service was given and this is not the first time they unexpectedly close for unknown reasons. Nothing was even posted about them being closed also and godle says they are open.

I went through the drive through and informed the cashier that I had coupons. I provided the coupons to her, which would have made my meal nearly half the price, which was the entire reason I went to hardees at all, and she took them and disappeared for about 10 minutes. When she came back, she asked for my card. Gave me my receipt and told me I had paid full price because she forgot to input the coupons. Manager refused to do anything about it. Terrible attitude. Was really rude about the situation like it was my fault in some way and I was bothering her. Absolutely no customer service skills here, and I will absolutely never be coming back.

The general manager was yelling at me because of my mask. Very rude and disrespectful. She also yelled at several employees while I was ordering. Everyone was very polite except for her. One would assume the general manager would have the best customer service but not in this case.

Food took forever, and when we got the food the fries were cold the onion rings were cold and very hard. One of the ranch packs were open and ranch was coming out. People were in the kitchen area taking to the employees. When I took the fries and the open ranch pack back to the counter and said something the cashier had no expression or didnt say anything. Very poor service. We usually eat there every Sunday after church. It will be a while before we go back

They apparently had been sitting from breakfast, and when I attempted to contact Manger about not serving those anymore to customers, the phone number was not valid and it is the same number on receipt. Will be contacting a lawyer, literally got food position from OLD food
