Burger was not cooked fully. Wasn’t even all the way in the bun… 1/2 way off. Condiments were slapped all over on one side and in the box not on all the burger. Nobody came to the counter and had to use their kiosk. And when it wasn’t working nobody came to help.

Tired of always being shorted on food. Order and paid for double bacon order go just one order did not realize until got home. Quality control is non existent breakfast sandwich had all the sauce on one side non on other side

Quick service, but very slapdash. Cashiers are confused by app orders, but seem to be learning the ropes (No I don’t need to pay. Yes, I should get a receipt). Fries are fresh, but chicken nuggets are generally old/ cold. Any special orders, such as no onions, are thrown together sloppily.

i’m a manager at another mcdonald’s and the service here was god awful waited over 5 minutes to get my order taken on counter as multiple people walked past and saw and i looked into the back to try and get someone’s attention to take my order and the manager is sitting there on his phone texting and after the fact a crew member saw me then he wanted to come to counter and apologize for the wait the food wasn’t good at all

Overpriced and they don’t even have a drink machine for the dining area. Workers didn’t really seem motivated, probably because they are being overpaid. Whoever owns this location needs to get some better management and put a drink machine in the dining area, I shouldn’t have to ask for a refill. I have no reason to come back or recommend.

Food is overpriced, it’s not fast food anymore. It’s slow food. You order pay pull up to the window then get asked to move ahead. What’s the point just bring food out to everyone and be a drive in not a drive thru

This is like something out of Jetsons. I wasn’t sure if people worked here or if the food would just come out of the wall, sent by robots. It’s clean and fancy like a Starbucks. But it is still McDonald’s. Go for the Egg Muffin.

I have come to this location a few times in the past and it is the same story over and over again. Service absolutely awful. Nobody behind counter to help me with the issues of the app. Placed an order for eat in, and waited for almost half an hour. Finally went up to the counter to see what was going on and see employees standing against the walls drinking sodas and on their phones. There was also a whole line of customers who were waiting to order and nobody was coming to take their order. I tried to flag somebody down but nobody was willing to come help me. Got so frustrated that when my food finally was done, I asked for a to go bag. This experience was completely horrific and I will most likely not be coming back here. This really is inconsiderate of my time and others and this location needs to get their act together. I normally am very calm about issues and can understand what goes on behind the scenes, but this was just bad. I hope for better service in the future from other locations.

Used the app for the 1st time and didn’t know how exactly to place an order and I wasn’t aware that I put the Mcdouble w/ cheese for restaurant and the fries for the drive thru. So I told the young lady inside about my error and she wasn’t able to help me instead told me to purchase another sandwich. I refused so she said you can’t get the fries. So I waited for my Mcdouble w/ cheese and for $3.81 they handed me a hamburger claiming that it was a Mcdouble with cheese. It was my first visit to this McDonald’s and it will certainly be my last.
