This place was the perfect spot to stop and have lunch. The burger was phenomenal. The Club was very filling and tasted fresh. The waitresses were very nice and attentive. The like the decor, it’s different and a little dated but the tables remind me of the diners growing up.

Breakfast was amazing! Had two eggs your way with sausage links and fried apples. We have our own chickens so it’s hard to eat breakfast out but our breakfast had a lot of flavor. We Definitely would come back. Husband had eggs Benedict and said it was awesome.

We ate here on a Sunday lunchtime, and it was busy. Food was good (BLT, and Grilled Reuben, both w/fries). Waitress gave good service, attentive, food arrived in a timely manner, well prepared and hot. I dinged one star off because of the very over-the-top Christian signs and quotes all over the place, which bothers me.

This is one of 3 of our favorite places to eat breakfast. And I was very disappointed this last time we went. I ordered eggs extra well done they weren’t as well done as I wanted but that’s OK I eat them but I ordered a blueberry pancake and asked to make sure that the blueberries are in the batter as well as on top.

This is a family setting, welcoming, relaxed restaurant! The food is excellent, especially the pancakes! We travel from Hampton to the Court House just for the Pancakes!! My granddaughter doesn’t want to go anywhere else. Blessings to the staff and owners. Thanks

We ordered, got tea and coffee, and waited. We waited an hour, no food!!!! The lady owner came up and basically tried to blame us for her system failing and us not going to her to complain. We never had service beyond taking an order, and then the waitress disappeared. Why is this my fault? We canceled our non-existent order (and it wasn’t just us) and left. This is the second time in a row we have gotten poor to no service. We will never go back. This used to be a decent place to eat, but not anymore. I can’t grade food we never got! I would give no stars as they haven’t earned any, but can’t.

The breakfast is outstanding here. Really brings the “that’s how grandma used to make it” vibe to the table.

This is a great option for breakfast. We had a good experience. Our server was very friendly and the food was good. The value is great with large portions. The french toast was especially delicious.

We went on Mother’s Day and it was disorganized. We waited to be served for a while until I asked a waitress to help us. I had to go fetch my own coffee refill. The food was decent but it was too expensive for what you got. I will pass on this little diner.

The state of cleanliness of a restaurant’s bathroom is a good indicator of the state of cleanliness in its kitchen. Sadly, my theory proved right this morning. After ordering the eggs Benedict (which came with a huge plop of a Cheese Whiz-like product masquerading as Hollandaise Sauce), I visited the ladies room. I have seen cleaner bathrooms at truck stops on Route 95. I was aghast. There were literally bodily fluids on the walls and floor, not to mention dust, dirt, cracked caulking, etc. Once back in my booth I took a closer look beyond the plentiful tchotchkes and noticed the wall at our booth wasn’t exactly clean either. On the way home I suffered abdominal cramps and a wicked case of Montezuma’s Revenge. The staff was nice though. No complaints there. I hope management hires a cleaning crew.
