Have eaten here plenty, but don’t think I’ve ever left a review. It’s definitely one of the best places in Novi! The burgers are fresh and tasty, and I really enjoy the Black and Bleu Sliders. Their fries are also golden, well seasoned but not overpowering: which makes them so delicious! While it’s not the cheapest place around you can really taste the quality!

I have had 3 events catered by this restaurant. The first two times were really good. The third time the majority of sliders were undercooked and I had to order pizza for 40 people instead. I used EZ Cater and they were awesome, gave me a full refund but they reported the restaurant owner insisted there was nothing wrong with their burgers and how they were cooked. The lack of customer service will prevent me from ordering from them again.

The burger and fries were pretty good but the onion rings weren’t as good as I’d hoped, they were too thin and was mostly just batter and I couldn’t really taste the onions. The patty was also a bit too rare.

We’ve eaten here a few times, and the food and service have always been very good! The food is made to order and is brought out to the table and served hot. My personal favorites are the cheesy sliders and the onion straws. The pricing is in line with other similar eateries…

Love this place! I have been twice. There are so many options to create a custom burger. Great choices for sides. I recommend the sweet potato fries with the marshmallow dipping sauce. The milkshakes are better than most. I would highly recommend!

This was my initial experience ordering from Burger 21, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The burgers I received were overcooked, and to add to that, all of the fries and onion strings were cold. Due to these reasons, I am uncertain if I would recommend or return to the establishment.

Burger and shake were awesome. French fries and onion strings were little too abundant and salty. In the future visits, I’d go for beef cheesy burger with the fried egg + chocolate classic milkshake without whipped cream.

The chicken sandwiches and fries are AMAZING!!! The 21 Sauce is phenomenal. I dipped my fries into it. Highly highly recommend this place!! They do to go orders if you’re not wanting to dine in. The milk shakes are terrific, too!! Chocolate Hazlenut has toasted marshmallow and rolled wafer.

Burgers were great. Onion stings were definitely too salty but were too cool not to enjoy. I love the pop machine of choice. There’s not too much service that goes into it. Take your order up at the counter and they walk it out to you. Was still a cute little place to eat with big windows which kept it well lit and a light atmosphere. I would go back for sure.
