We came here on a chilly March afternoon and we’re surprised to see a greenhouse behind this quent roadside Rib place. Matt the owner gave us a wonderful tour and really made us look forward to spring. Fast forward to the end of April… This time we stopped and got a hanging basket AND the best Bacon Cheese Fries I can remember ever having… I saw Matt CUT the POTATOES!…. Talk about fresh see my photo. Honestly these could have been a meal in and of themselves. Fresh cheese….and did I say BACON.

The service was very good but I went to pick up flowers for somebody else . I couldn’t get over how vibrant colors of flowers was! Very nice looking . He was so nice, I decided to get a sandwich while I was there and it was really good..

Really delicious BBQ! If you happen to be stopping in or driving by Waynesburg, you won’t regret stopping there. The two owners are really sweet and funny & the food is all in such big portions that I saved the rest of my sandwich to eat tomorrow. (I don’t eat a ton of food, but the meal was enough for 1 whole serving for my father). We had the brisket sandwich, the half rack of ribs, the golden garlic wings and the bacon cheese fries! So delish! If i ever happen to be driving through here again, I’d definitely go here again!

Very very good BBQ. When they say ribs are fall off the bone, it’s no joke here. Tons of meat too. Every single thing we ordered was top notch. Racks of ribs, wings, pulled pork sandwich, brisket sandwiches… we had his house liquors sauce, again, cant be beat. Just enough zing the wife didnt complain. If you’ve never been here you’ll be surprised such good food comes from this little trailer. There are picnic tables to eat at around the side if you’re not getting food to-go. Last note is he’s usually closed by 7pm unless you call.

The ribs, pulled pork, and brisket were all good. The homemade BBQ sauce is some of the best I’ve ever had. And the wings knocked it out of the park. Best part was the back and forth with Matt, had us in stitches.

I first stopped there when I was passing by delivering to an oil and gas rig. Wow the food is amazing. Great customer service and prices are fair and reasonable. Matt is the owner and he really cares about the food he makes. If you want the best ribs and food this is a must try!!
