Pizza is good, I personally like the hand tossed crust. Great deal using their coupons. We visit Dominos in GI, NE once a month or so and the pizza is the same every time, no surprises. Service is great, employees are always in a good mood, and evenings appear steadily busy.

2nd time in 2 weeks tried to order pizza and put on hold until I hung up (15 min) called back and was put on hold after another 5 minutes hungs up. What a sorry business that you can’t let people know your to busy and can’t take orders, I will never use them again, or recommend them to anyone. Called another pizza establishment and they were more than happy to take our order. La a t time u called they couldn’t deliver that place is going down hill and lost another customer

The manger misty was super nice and very helpful and patient. The driver was awesome and came very fast and was friendly. The food was perfect nothing was wrong. Taste good. Best service I ever got. It felt like misty actually cared and took her time to explain the situation about what happened off the app and she was super nice about everything.

Apparently there was an issue with our order because we were told to come back through the pick up window a few times. The app said the order was ready, so we waited quite awhile. We really didn’t have a choice due to a lot of places being closed so early. I’ve experienced absolutely horrible service there a couple of times before. I thought here we go again! Anyway, the staff was so polite about it and apologized. I didn’t have to say or do anything. They were proactive instead of reactive and that makes a huge difference! I wish I had the lady and young man’s names that helped us Saturday night so I could mention them. Thank you whoever you are.. as a CSR myself, I appreciate good service! 🙂 The food was HOT, tasted good, and everything we ordered right down to the ranch was there! That rarely happens if you go to another drive through. Kudos!

Dominoes has been ripping me off. This is the 4th time they charge my card and the order doesn’t come through when I order on their app. When this happens and I still want my pizza during that time, I have to risk processing another order or paying for another separate payment for the same amount (charged twice) and wait for my money from my first transaction to be returned to my bank, which takes several days. They lie and say it takes 2 days and that it’s my banks fault. The manager was also covering up for her employer and confirmed this has happened before and that sometimes there’s a transaction hold… for the entire amount?! No. This is bogus and should be against the law. This needs to be looked into and I will not order from you again. I hope whoever this has happened too speaks up here also so that this stops! I have never had this happen anywhere else.

My boys ask for pizza all the time from here. They love that garlic seasoning crust which I think is funny because they don’t like garlic but yet they fight over Dominos Pizza Crust. Great place!!! Everyone is friendly there. I haven’t gotten a bad experience from anyone there and it’s what makes me keep coming back to the same domino’s place at grand Island.
