Quality is what you’d expect from any Beto’s…although I admit I haven’t been to a Beto’s in yrs. It’s ok for Mexican but it’s no Hector’s. Burritos are twice as big compared to Hector’s but half the quality. Steak is just adequate but not as flavorful like hectors. The hard shells tacos were really good though.

We tried it once. The beef tacos had very little beef, what there was was crusty, and the plate cost more than we were used to paying at Hector’s. The portion of rice and beans was small. We haven’t been back. I came here to see if others had a better experience, but I can see that they haven’t.

This place is just Amazing! So glad to have a great Mexican place there once again. Big portions. Enchiladas and chili Verde and their Burritos are 5 star…. and the chocolate Flan is out of this world.

When this place was Hector’s it was much better. I asked for breakfast burrito with real eggs instead of liquid b-s and they said yeah of course real eggs no problem. half a minute later cook started cooking the order i have placed & poured liquid eggs on grill. I got my $ back and walked right out. Stay away from this Mexican McDonald’s

I’m new to Betos. I live locally in the East Millcreek area and have been s fan of Cafe Rio going way back to their original location just west of where they are now. Lately I have not been impressed with Cafe Rio so gave Betos a try. The servings are plentiful and the tastes have far exceeded my expectations. As a franchise I’m giving this location 5 Stars. Never been to any other locations. BTW, this location Very clean and inviting, I’ve heard not the same at other locations.

This is the second time my burrito has been a wet greasy mess the plate shouldn’t be sopping wet again its a burrito not soup. Not sure if it’s this location or betos in general but they need to sort it out either way. Major downgrade from hectors.

Went thru drive through. Ordered carne asada fries and the egg potato cheese breakfast burrito. Both in terms of quality are lacking compared to other betos in different locations in the area.
