This noodle shop is one of the best noodle shops I’ve ever been too. The owner is fun to talk with and is super kind, and the soup is absolutely delicious. If I ever want a bowl of soup this place always crosses my mind, even when it’s hot out!

This is NOT a hot pot plate but rather pick random things and they make a soup for you. Very expensive for what it is. $2 for basic top ramen noodles.

My favorite restaurant in Corvallis, by far. Super friendly owner, very helpful, the spicy broth with tahini is fantastic! Small place, prepare to share a table with others, don’t bring more than 4 at a time during busy hours unless you’re taking to go

Super friendly and personable man working the restaurant. Food was so delicious!! Broth was so savory and tasteful, very customizable! Atmosphere is very cozy and quiet. Demographic of customers was polite. The restaurant however is extremely small. Five tables max. I didn’t mind it though. Makes for a nice spot to have a comforting meal 🙂
