I hate complaining but lately the baristas have not been on top of making drinks correctly. I also hate when I pay full price for a drink only to receive it two thirds full. I asked for no froth, I didn’t realize no froth meant to leave 1.5 inches of room from the rim. I loved this location because of how close it is to me. I would recommend going to a different location to get your money’s worth.

Used to be my favorite place to stop. Visited today 4-23-22 waited at counter over 5 minutes before any even acknowledged I was here. Made my order, the young lady grabbed my cash, handed back the change. No thank you’s. Sad where our workers have gone. Everyone seems to hate their job.

Recently placed a order there this morning. The lady on the intercom was very rude. When I got up to the window I asked for the lady’s name so I could put in a complaint. The lady says to me “we don’t give out names” as she proceeded to take off he name tag. Their company policy states that all employees MUST were a name tag. Which I’m assuming for these types of reasonings. However I later than found out the rude lady’s name was Jenna and the manager was the one who told me they don’t give out names. It’s ridiculous to see a manager give false information to customers and allow team members to be so rude.

Unfortunate. This is the only Caribou on my way to work AND I work overnights so I’m kinda stuck. This is the 2nd time I have got sick from my beverage and I have only been going to this establishment for less than 3 months. I noticed a smell after drinking like 1/3 of it from the straw. Cream used in the drink or the whip was bad. Now I’m stuck on an 12hr shift with no one to cover and am miserable. Stomach Ache, intense nausea, sweating… GROSS!!

This review has long been overdue. To start off, I love this location for its convenience to home and I have been coming here for a few years now. The staff has changed a bit over the years but they are always great. The atmosphere is always welcoming and every time I go, it is never full to capacity, it is just perfect. This means that my wait time to order is never annoyingly long. The selection on the menu is just enough to satisfy my morning cravings. It is also nice to help support a Minnesota company. Overall, please keep up the great work Caribou staff!!!
