Abysmal experience. First and last time coming here. Mobile ordered 2 coffees, 1 order mini stuffed bagels and 1 egg and cheese wrap. The coffees were prepared quickly. The other 2 orders sadly were not. There were 2 other customers before me waiting for 2 bagels with cream cheese. I think I got my order before them.

It’s always a hit or miss with this place. You will feel like a intruder going to this place. Never a smile and never welcoming. I’ve been stopping here for many years several times a week. The only thing they got going is location. They will mess up your order half the time and if you try mentioning it, they don’t care to listen. don’t make the mistake of going mid-day or weekend cuz you won’t get fresh coffee either.

I was not very happy with the service received today. July 18th 2022. I did have a semi large order. However, I was given a corn muffin, when I asked for a blueberry muffin & there was hair inside the middle of my avocado toast I didnt realize any of this until I was to far away from the place & could not e turn right away due to heading to work. I also tried calling for 20 mins & there was no answer & after a while it seemed as though they were hanging up on the call. I will try again later but am very surprised by this service today. I will go back to get a refund today when I’m free. Unfortunately, I don’t give food place second chances because I don’t play when it comes to food. But I will be contacting corporate.

Second time i go in to order toasted scooped out begal with cream cheese and yet again it wasn’t scooped out nor toasted ‍♀️. I am not asking them to carry bricks, It’s a simple order yet they can’t seem to get it right. To top it off, there constant attitude is getting pretty annoying.

My order always never comes out right even when they ask me (the second time) what it is I want and they still get it wrong. And they soak my bagel in cream cheese and it’s just a big sloppy mess. Not going to be coming back to this dunkin again that doesn’t listen or care about their clients.
