Ordered pizza at 5:30 and delivery said estimated at 6:00. Called the store at 6:15 and was told that all the orders were gone and on their way. Get a notification that it’s going to be 7:10, I call the store again and was told there’s nothing they could do. When I told him the pizza was probably going to be cold all he would say was there’s nothing he can do. Pizza arrived at 7:20 and was cold.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I called in to order about 15 pizzas. The call center transferred me directly to the store. Someone from the store picked up and debated with me about why the call center transferred me. He kept saying I don’t know why they would transfer you here.

I would recommend never getting delivery. It takes an hour or more. & it’s always cold. Oh & I ordered a pizza online using cash and waited the 30 minutes and called to check the status and was told no more drivers and they needed to cancel my order.

First off, not only did the pizza take an hour long, but when it got here the pizza was cold and they brought the wrong pizza. The wings are raw and the pizza is just heated up, not even fresh and you can tell by the crust and every topping on it. i normally always get papa johns i don’t know what it was today. But i will definitely not be ordering from Edgewood Papa Johns again.

Today i got pizza for my family and myself of course .. the young lady who delivered it .. she rang my doorbell 2 x and knocked .. she set the pizza on my outside chairs and called me right away and said i am so sorry this is papa Johns with your pizza I’m so sorry i didn’t want it to get cold .. i rang the bell 2x and knocked (we are in the back of the house could not hear her and that is not her fault at all) .. i know how fast you have to be in delivery .. this young lady in my eyes went above and beyond .. i just wanted to thank her again. She deserves recognition.. her job is to deliver it but not wait forever .. and she made sure we enjoyed our food and just took the extra step!! Thank you so much.
