Update as of 02-08-2023: Reid’s began offering dinner-hour service this month, on weekdays. Same menu as the lunch one. They have discontinued offering specially-priced “duos,” which were a half sandwich & cup of soup, so new menu pictures are needed. Reid’s has also begun adding an extra 3% to your bill for use of credit or other cards for payment, so bring your greenbacks when you eat here. Still a very popular place for lunches. Previous review: My sister had one experience of slow service here after the ownership change. But we’ve been here twice in November-December 2022, and all problems seem to have been worked out. Great soups, salads and sandwiches, prompt service, clean & friendly dining room. I recommend Reid’s.

Wife and I really enjoyed. I got the French Dip with the soup. Not sure I would of enjoyed the French Onion Soup by its self but with the bread and meat from the sandwich, it was wonderful.

We were driving around the area and decided to give this place a try. Luckily they were open. (Hours are 11-2) Service was fast and friendly. Food was outstanding! The Cuban, tomato basil soup, Italian Panini, cottage cheese, rhubarb pie, and fudge brownie were top notch quality. If we’re ever in the area again we’ll stop by for more.

Great place for soup and sandwiches. We had the dill potato soup, gourmet grilled cheese and chicken panini. All were very tasty and served quickly. Friendly staff. Will definitely visit again when traveling through. Highly recommend. It’ll take you about 8 to 10 minutes to get to off I-69 but worth the trip (and there is a nice Casey’s nearby for gas)

The food was good, but service was slow. My sandwich i guess they forgot to make it. Waitress said it would be out soon. When I asked about 40 minutes later while my husband was eating, she informed me that she had other customers. Our first visit may be our last.
