My recent experience with Dominos left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. My mother-in-law placed an order at 11 am, hoping that my kids would receive their pizzas by 11:30 am to enjoy their lunch. However, by 12:45 pm, the pizza had still not been delivered.

They did not receive my computer order. That was ok. A older worker checked and said he would make my pizza. When it came time to pay a person (late 20’s) rang my order and stated $11.50. I informed him that it was $7.99 online and he replied that they would never sell one for that price. He tried to discount it, but couldn’t. He said there was no way I was correct. I stated , “Why don’t you check the website. He did and I was correct. He reorder my order on-line then the price was correct. I paid. Then he walked away. He didn’t say a word of the inconvenience he caused. So as I was leaving, I stated ” Thank you for patience and the inconvenience”. NOT

Placed an order for a small.and a medium pizza just cheese on 1 and bacon on the other. Placed order at 715pm never got the order called and I got a Hello no Domino’s or can we help you I got a hello then I asked if they could tell me where our order was and he said it’s out for delivery we live literally 5 minutes away and it was 845pm and still no order. Called to cancel order and all I got was ok we will cancel your order your money will go back on in 72 hours good by. No I’m sorry or can we make this better or can I help you the next time nope just a good by. VERY VERY unprofessional and VERY VERY rude. Never again

I really wanted to try new Phillies cheese steak taters totes. I did not like the customer service at all. 1 star is only for to post this. My food was super cold. Customer service was very poor. O star fo customer service. I ordered online 1 hour ago and I had to wait 30 mins in store to pick up my order because she dropped my order on the floor. Very rude lady was working in store. I will never ever go in this store again.

One of the worst domino’s I’ve ever ordered from. The workers forgot to make half my order so when I arrived to pick it up (because the app tracker showed it was done) I only had half my order so then I had to wait while they made the other half of my order. Workers didn’t even apologize or act like it anything to worry about. Never going back to this place.

They lie on their mobile order tracker. Order said complete after 15 mins. Went to pick up, even gave them 5 minutes. Ended up waiting 15 mins in the store.

I was it would take 30 min for my delivery order when I placed the order. After waiting an hour and no food yet. I called and I was told it would be another 30min. Another hour later, I called and told they didn’t have a delivery driver. Ended up going to pick it up, but it had to be remade because it was of course cold.

Took over an hour from the time my pizza left the store to when it was delivered to my door. So I chose not to tip. The next day my credit card sent me a notification that $10.15 had been added to my initial charge to this location. I am now having to dispute the charge. Thank goodness my credit card company is awesome.

I submitted an order online and the order tracker said 38 minutes. An hour and ten minutes later I called the store and spoke to a woman. I asked what was going on because my order was so late. She said she only has one driver and he was behind. I said that if I had known that, I would have picked it up. She said, “I don’t know what you want me to do” and hung up. I then drove to the store because she never even asked what order number I had. I asked for the manager and a young woman said it was her. I said loudly “how could you hang up on a customer after asking one question??!!” She proceeded to tell me I’d have to leave if I didn’t lower my voice. I asked for the owners name and number and she gave me her district manager, Fabians’ number. I told him this was my first time ordering from this location and the last!!!
