This location is better than the Memorial place, but I had a young guy pre select my donuts and pre make my coffee. He put too much cream and sugar in my coffee and gave me cold donuts with the least liked donuts. Only reason I rate with a 2 stars was at least because the young guy was respectful. But cold dry donuts for $15 bucks? My warning to everyone is make it clear that you want to choose how you want your food and that you want it fresh like the one in Tucker or Roswell.

How incompetent are you to follow simple instructions I’m pretty sure that a hot latte does not come with ice in it and then the kicker is you can’t call their store. They have the incorrect number printed on the receipt so you can’t even call to dispute your order. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life!!!!

Waiting in drive through with no one ahead just to receive warm food. The tots were low in quantity and tasted like they were frozen and then popped in the microwave; disgusting. The sandwich was in fact awful – had a similar taste like the tots; nasty and not satisfying. I will never go back. They’re too trifling – never again!!

I go there at least once a week and they always make latte correctly and consistently. My husband usually gets breakfast once a week from there as well and he enjoys the avocado toast and hash browns. The people there are friendly and nice.

The employees at this store do not know how to make basic espresso drinks and the donuts are always cold. On occasion the bagels taste stale. My cappuccino was way too heavy to be made right so the lady working poured out some of the liquid. Absolute mess

I kept trying and trying because this is the closest Dunkin to me. They make my coffee wrong almost every single time I go. One time I mobile-ordered a Charlie Cold Foam with Oatmilk and he argued with me at the window that I didn’t need oatmilk because of the cold foam. Ok? I want both and paid the 70 cents or whatever for oatmilk. I don’t usually go back for wrong drinks but today I went back because it tasted like they had accidentally put raspberry syrup in my coffee. They again argued with me at the window but they remade it and it was worse. Literally like straight raspberry syrup. They made me try it in front of them but I had screaming kids tired of waiting in the car for 2 rounds of drinks so I said it was fine and left. I won’t be back.

Yesterday pulled in ordered my coffee medium 6&6. Got to window paid and got coffee. Now back on road 25 minutes away realize I was given a black coffee. Ewww! Now too far to go back. So thus I had no coffee this day.. and waisted money cause now inhave to throw it out. they need to pay more attention to orders.
