Poor service. I politely asked the server to fill my cup of queso to the top (it was barely 1/2 full) because that is what I’m paying for which then turned into a argument. I was told that it would be extra money to fill the cup up to its capacity which makes absolutely no sense. Won’t be returning.

Normally a good place to eat. We came at 6pm and the food was old, with crust around the pans. The ground beef was too salty and wasn’t fresh. The staff was friendly and the service was good, but overall disappointed on quality of food.

I have been coming here for months for lunch and today was not ideal. Fast service, no one in the line and received burnt food. I didn’t notice the quesadilla was burnt until I opened it and smelled and then of course saw it. Won’t be back. I don’t like wasting money and i was only using this as Qdoba is too far.

This is a great family place. Easy to order. Not having a whole bunch of options is never a bad thing at Moe’s. Their bowls are amazing. Really cheap as well. My family dines in on sundays. Kids eat free. One kid meal per adult meal!

This used to by my favorite place to eat until they hired a new cashier, he is very rude and disrespectful, he is openly hostile and very aggressive every time I asked him for more sauce. I have decided not to go there ever again and I hope they know they have lost a loyal customer.

Horrible service. Clearly the owner of this location has absolutely no interest in taking responsibility for poor service or bad food mishandling at this location. Guy handling money then making food with the same gloves on. Poor service by talking to customers like they are dumb or like we are putting them out of their way. This location needs new ownership and better management since there was no manager present during my visit. Ended up getting my money back as I could not stomach the gross misconduct of the guy working behind the food prep line and the poor food handling of this one staff member. Will be contacting The Health Department as this can get someone sick.

Since we were in the area and I wanted a burrito I went to Moe’s, not only was the environment clean and welcoming but the lady who was making our order was very kind, she also didn’t make any mistakes with my order. The burrito tasted good and chips were fresh. Would recommend.
