Ordered a pizza with bacon. Get home and it’s banana peppers. Everything was right on my receipt the pizza was just wrong. I call to get a replacement and the ‘manager’ goes oh we’re closed sorry. They closed at 10 it was 9:50 I had just driven home from picking it up. She said she could credit me for next time. With the way I was spoken to after this free pizza there isn’t a ‘next time’ no remake because the ovens go off 30 minutes before close. Why be open then. She also wouldn’t refund me.

Called to order pizza at 5 minutes after 9. They close at 10:30! Got there at 9:30 to pick pizza up only to find 1 person sitting on PIZZA PREP TABLE on phone with 4 others standing around and no pizza! They never made it. Looked like they were cleaned up and ready to go home. I will remember next time I order pizza!

I placed a pick up order in the building and waited for it. The order was ready in good time, but by the time I reached my destination (about 7 minutes) the subs were already barely warm. The breadsticks stayed nice and warm. Overall, good choice. The food was actually very tasty, just didn’t hold the heat long enough.
