Our humble Airstream food truck roots have expanded to a contemporary diner, fast causal spots, and a booming catering business. What hasn’t changed is that we take our food seriously! Newly opened location(June 2023) so they were still working out some minor kinks but overall ran smoothly. We visited at 11:30 am on the Monday after father’s day and it wasn’t terribly busy. We were greeted and seated quite quickly, orders taken quickly and food arrived timely. We did wait a bit to get the bill, nothing too bad. Food was good. Biggest complaintis any dish that has bread (sandwich, burger ..) is made with Brioche 2 of us HATE the sweetness of brioche which limited our menu options dramatically.

Nashville chicken Sam!! For me no bun, but it was so tender and juicy and perfectly sweet, savory, and spicy it has left me craving more all this day long!! Apparently, this venue opened yesterday, with some transports from the other location mixed with new blood and they did a stellar job of making sure we had a great meal!

My mom and I sat on their patio and it was such a beautiful setting. We really enjoyed being outside, but the food was also delicious. My mom had the scramble and I had the fried chicken breakfast burrito. Both really filling. Our server Michaela was so sweet and wonderful as well. Great demeanor. Highly recommend.
