High end, authentic sushi in a chic space, but for a neighborhood sushi place price! Excellent wines and whiskey, Alexander is super helpful to help you pick the perfect pairing. We cannot recommend Enso highly enough! We will be back again and again.

My husband and I went here to try the lunch special. It was an incredible deal at $16 for two rolls and the soup. You could also choose salad. They have multiple lunch specials, but we liked this one. All of the sushi was fresh and absolutely mouthwatering. The miso soup was honestly some of the best I have had, and was incredibly well balanced. This is my new favorite sushi spot in the Denver Tech area. I loved the atmosphere as well. It was incredibly chic and welcoming with fantastic service!

This place is amazing! We dined in on a whim and had a fantastic experience. Our server, Alexander, was very welcoming & had great recommendations! The menu is huge, 7 pages so there’s something for everyone. My partner said the miso soup tasted just like it did in Japan 🙂 We loved the Hibachi! The Dancing Eel roll was my favorite. We also ordered the yummy yummy roll because it is fully fried. I love that Enso has rolls for those that don’t prefer raw rolls. There’s something for everyone here & the atmosphere is great.

Absolutely fantastic Sushi and Hibachi! We were greeted immediately and seated. The atmosphere is upscale, but comfortable. (I didn’t feel uncomfortable wearing jeans). The chef is given creative freedom with his rolls and the amazing, original sauces as well. The staff were all very friendly, professional and informative. Highly recommend this restaurant! Apologies for eating 3 pieces of the Salmon Naruto roll before taking the pic and for not taking a pic of the Steak and Shrimp Hibachi, which included soup and salad.

We enjoyed the original and very tasty sushi rolls – delicious options to suit everyone’s tastes. If you like everything raw and sashimi style, the fish and seafood were incredibly delicate and fresh with new and exciting flavors. For those who prefer it, the tempura rolls did not disappoint – distinct flavors and textures. Damien and staff were very friendly, kind and attentive to everyone in the group. A rarity these days, the fun and lively atmosphere was not overwhelmed by awful, blasting music. Instead, fun beats played at a normal background volume allowing our group to enjoy our conversation all evening long. We will definitely be coming back and recommending Enso. The service and sushi was incredible. Alex was so helpful, welcoming and accommodating. My sister and I have celiac and need to be gluten free, and Alex ensured we were taken care of. They were able to make most specialty rolls gluten free. The sushi was so fresh and delicious. I am so glad we found this hidden gem!

I had the Yellowtail On Fire and the Classic 3 roll meal. Everything was very tasty, fresh, and came out quickly and correctly. The server, Alex, did a great job and was pleasant to chat with a bit while I dined alone at the bar. I’d recommend this place to any friends or colleagues looking for solid sushi in the DTC!

My boyfriend and I had a hankering for some sushi tonight. We had the hamachi carpaccio, crispy rice spicy hamachi, a bunch of nigiri (tuna, mackerel, salmon belly, hamachi, red snapper), and finished off with the deep fried cheesecake. The service was absolutely spectacular! Our server, Alex, brought some soju for us to sample. Previously, we had the hamachi collar and it was off the chain! We both would highly recommend this place to anyone. We’ll be back soon!
