The service I was given today at this location was very disrespectful. I work at the mall and I’m constantly getting food here. Server Jay was EXTREMELY RUDE AND PUSHY. I felt like I was doing something wrong by ordering food. There was no one behind me but he was acting like the entire small was waiting on chipotle. I asked to speak to a manager & come to find out that he is a manager. This is my last time at this location because of JAY. Fix your attitude or you’ll keep driving $ away.

I ask the server about if I have to pay more for what he is offering me, like cheese and guacamole and he said no. I put an amount like a tablespoon of guacamole and was charge the amount of almost US$3. I said that I will not add if I have to pay more or for that insignifficant amount. The cashier said that I have to pay. I said to take it off, but she refused. I paid The amount to get out of that situation. NEVER eat on that Chipotle again.

In line to pay for my steak bowl, my wife was embarrassed when asked why was the price higher. The cashier said is because you added guacamole but don’t pay because you are upset. She was embarrassed cause was not asking anything for free and wanted to pay. Manager came and charged her without giving her a receipt. What an attitude from this place and Manager .
