On several occasions in the past my husband has picked up fresh sandwiches and sides and we’ve enjoyed them for surprise picnics, impromptu lunches, etc. and they have always been delicious. But yesterday was the worst take out (fast food included) we have experienced for as long as I can remember. My husband ordered 2 of the classic ham sandwiches plus a side of broccoli salad and potato salad. To start when we each opened our styrofoam box the 2 halves of our sandwich were just tossed inside and had fallen apart. No butcher/wax paper liner like in the past or in online photos – horrible presentation! Once I put my sandwich back together I took a bite expecting the delicious taste of honey baked ham but instead the entire sandwich was dry and tasteless. The 2 slices of ham didn’t even cover the croissant, the croissant was dry, the Swiss cheese was a tiny little square, the hickory mustard sauce was disgusting, no mayo and the lettuce tasted like it hadn’t even been washed. Hubby had to scrape off some of the mustard (too much) and add mayo to make it begin to be edible. We ended up eating just the ham by itself with the sides. It’s a real disappointment especially when you’re hungry and have nothing else to eat. Nobody should spend $8 on a sandwich (x 2) from a reputable restaurant and be served the scraps we were from this location. Looking @ the reviews and after our experience we won’t be back!

Called to place a catering order for my business and the sales associate advised us that the manager was too busy to take our order. The associate, herself, was totally unaware that they even offered platters for catering. Poor management all around. We took our business to Fresh Market.

There turkey and ham is soo good.. And what is in the honey mustard they put on the sandwiches.. Delicious. We order from here for every holiday and treat ourselves regularly with sandwiched.. BEST EVER. And try this Hidden surprise.. Blueberry crumb cake..

Catering at my work…..box marked ham also marked cheddar roasted tomatoes….got to my car….no ham on sand..tomatoes not roasted they cut up like fo salad….mayo on my sand but all others had a bbq sauce… was soggy….bad first impression….will not visit our recommended
