Okay! I am celebrating my birthday all month long in August!!! So, one of my best friends Ms VBJ took me to Noodles and Company for my birthday lunch and I ordered a Singapore Noodle dish with grilled Shrimp! Yum! We dined in. It was nice, quiet, clean and convenient!!! The shopping plaza has plenty of parking! The staff was courteous and the service was fast! Yum! Yum! I am been here before and now, I am coming on back!!!!

Horrible customer service! When customers walked in we were left waiting in line for 5 min. Nobody greeted us and or even acknowledged us. The cashier was totally unavailable she might as well had clocked out for the day. When asked how long she replied ” Well I don’t know, we are getting these orders out right now.”

Potstickers seemed to be boiled but that wasn’t horrible… turn the names for quick pickup outward so people can see their names when picking up OR have someone greet and assist when you’re standing at the counter. No one said anything to me. The staff walked right past me and didn’t say anything while I was standing there waiting to get my food. Another customer was frustrated and yelling because no one was helping the cashier who was helping her and who seemed to be struggling. Overall…. Not a great experience and probably will not return to this location.

Costumer service is horrible! Use to be my favorite place, unfortunately things have changed tremendously. I’m extremely allergic to tomatoes. I placed an online order asked for no tomatoes to only receive a meal with tons of tomatoes. Food is dry with hardly no flavor or sauce. I literally have to spend extra money on pesto sauce every time I go due to the dryness. I’ve recommended so many family and friends here and I’m starting to regret it. I will most definitely go to the Bowie location from now on.

Never come here on your lunch break . Service has went downhill , the cashier obviously hasn’t had proper training took her over 10 min to give someone a discount from their noodle rewards . Also nobody has gloves on just disgusting especially since covid is still around and you’re handling food ..also didn’t give me extra Parmesan chicken .. which I paid for unbelievable

Dirty dishes were stacked in many places and left on tables. Trash was laying around both inside the restaraunt and out (refer to pictures). Service slow. Food cold. They didn’t have regular noodles for spaghetti and meatballs. Staff were polite but looked to be overwhelmed. No clean silverware. Food was served in togo containers.

I have come to this Noodles and Company many times as they have GF options and they are located near my job. The only thing is that it’s varied between okay and love (3-5 stars) depending on cooks and person taking the orders I suppose. Most of the time, customer service has been good- they’re nice and friendly. If u have any food restrictions, just reiterate it and check your order to make certain it’s correct. Overall I rate them 4 stars.

I placed an order for my wife. She really enjoys the options made here. However, the service needs work. The cashier was inattentive, my order was wrong, and when my meal was finally ready. I was acknowledged to pick it up. I don’t have high expectations for a chain restaurant. I at least hope to get halfway respectable service for a simple made to order meal.
