Awful. There was more employees standing around talking to each other then customers. Every table was dirty and when I asked for a clean one , the male employee grabbed a towel from the sanitary bucket that was next to the soda fountain drinksl . So gross. I suggested he clean all the tables because they were all dirty . The entire time I was there no one cleaned anything. Flies everywhere.

Normally, this is my favorite place in Jackson to eat. The food is always delicious. However, this time they did not hit their normal high standards. Many of the items were missing some or just downright overcooked. As if the stuff that they were not paying attention. Furthermore, their bathroom had water standing in it, making it unusable it was not marked out of order, so they were falling down on their cleaning as well. This visit was a disappointment. Normally I would give them five stars across-the-board. But this time they didn’t do so hot

Standing in line waiting for a refund for the most disgusting food I have ever had at a Panda. Apparently “they” won’t allow the employees to give refunds. After being told the food would be ready in 4 minutes, it took 20. I STUPIDLY paid before it came out. They charged me for something I didn’t order and when the food came out it was ice cold from some bag? Now they swapped it. The person who said no refunds is named Gracie. We are calling corporate shortly and thankfully we paid with a credit card. The honey walnut shrimp was very skimpy. See the pic.

I eat at Panda Express all over the country. I’ve always thought that Jackson had one of the best Pandas until now. It has gone from the best to the worst since my last trip to Jackson. If you go into restaurant after 6 pm, there will be no food hardly any choice left. My last visit I got back to my room and my food was scorched. Not eatable. I went back this evening and asked to taste food first but manager said they dont do no more. I’ll not be back.

There used to be great customer service but I’m guessing management changed and went downhill. Every time I come certain dishes are “done for the day” and employees seem to hate what they do for work. The food is great but owners and management should invest in training and motivating employees to give better customer service.
