Food was hot and fresh but the beef “buns” were completely flavorless and definitely not buns. The fried beef noodles were mostly carrots and onions… had decent flavor though and the beef was tender. Egg rolls were yummy. Don’t know that I’ll be back.

Best meal since I’ve been in Midland so far and I’ve eaten out every night for a couple weeks on my jobs dime 😉 Got the boiled or steamed? pork dumplings, pan fried beef dumplings, which I have never had beef, Chinese anything before, egg rolls and the spicy veggie noodles. This is probably my favorite places in Midland. Everything is always hot and fresh, the noodles are so delicious and pleasantly chewy. The beef rolls really surprised me, I thought they would be boring but it’s simple and the beef really shines with the onions and cilantro, I recommend trying with the chili oil! I also love that the noodle dishes don’t skimp on the protein for not more than $10 a plate. All of their dumplings and buns are delicious too. I hope to see this place thrive
