Third time at Chez Nous and have yet to be disappointed. The staff and atmosphere are so friendly and welcoming. 7 of us enjoyed dinner before a show at Proctors and 7 of us walked away completely satisfied. A lot of the items on the menu are scratch made and the portions are beyond generous. The flavors from the dining experience dance on your tongue and leave you wanting more – From the homemade dressings for your side salad to the fresh baked bread and a variety of fresh entree choices, I promise you will walk away completely satisfied. Not to mention – AFFORDABLE. Great spot for a date night, group meal, or just in the mood for some good food.

This place was amazing! I ordered the chicken cesear salad and it was literally the best I ever had! The chicken was incredibly JUICY!!! My daughter got the pasta and their sauce is chefs kiss..so flavorful. My husband got the sweet and and sour chicken and loved it. On top of having amazing food, the prices were really good. Because of all this, we will be definitely coming back. Even there drinks were affordable, other places charge almost $20!

The restaurant was nicely renovated and they have variety of menu! My husband and I had a cup of new England clam chowder, gumbo (which was generous portion), chicken pappardelle and cheese burger wrap. They came with salad and bread. All were so good so far. They are generous portion for reasonable prices. We’re definitely going back!

We had a 6:30pm reservation on 2/4 and arrived about 15 minutes early. They were able to seat us right away but we waited about 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive. The atmosphere was nice and any employee who spoke to us were pleasant. Unfortunately, the service was not good. It looked like there might have been one server for most of the restaurant. There were two other people who seemed to be helping out (pouring water, cleaning up tables, and telling the server what tables were requested). While they seemed to be trying to help, I think it was going poorly. For example, we asked a woman who worked there if we could order a bottle of wine. I saw her walk over to the one server (who was running around like crazy and doing the best she could) and tell the server what we wanted. Why couldn’t that person just go get the wine?!? Our appetizers arrived about an hour after we sat. When they brought the appetizers, I asked if we could have some bread (they still had not brought us any). The server said ‘of course’ and again was very pleasant but we never got bread. Usually someone comes over to ask how everything is going and/or come back a few minutes after food is served to check in – this never happened. If it weren’t for the yummy cocktails (French 75) and appetizers, this review would have been 2 stars. For apps, my husband ordered the tenderloin of beef cassoulet and I ordered the lump crab and lobster napoleon. Both were excellent! The salads were good too. Our entrees on the other hand were bad. My husband ordered the Seafood Fra diavolo – there was very little flavor and the seafood was overcooked. I ordered the Shrimp Alfredo – the shrimp were fried well but had no seasoning at all. The pasta was gross and had no flavor or seasoning. It was nothing like alfredo sauce – it was kind of a watery sauce. We had originally planned to stay for dessert but between the poor service and dissatisfying entrees, we chose not to.

Food here is full of flavor! Clam chowder has nice big chunks of clam. Salad and warm bread came with my entree I got the Étoufee. Very tender beef smothered in a delicious southern sauce and shrimp with rice and asparagus on the side. Finished the meal with a cannoli cheesecake that was delicious. Our server Ashley was great. Would recommend making a reservation.

My wife and I dined here for the first time earlier this month. The staff were wonderful and the food delicious. The calamari was lightly fried and tasty. My wife had the filet and lobster tail entree and I had the Tuscan Chicken. Everything was great. Even though we were full we ordered dessert and weren’t disappointed. The strawberry shortcake was wonderful!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! We had a baby shower Sunday and everything was perfect. The food was amazing and the staff was wonderful. From the time we first met to book the shower until it was over, everything was great. Good communication and everyone was very happy and accommodating for all of the guests needs. I strongly recommend Chez Nous to anyone who is looking to host a perfect event. I have always enjoyed dinner and lunch here and I look forward to going again.

What an enjoyable and delicious afternoon at Chez Nous! The clam chowder was the best I have ever tasted! No lie! The menu had many diverse selections. I am sure that there is something for everyone. I had a burger, which was wonderful, and my friends had salmon, which they loved. The service was great, I felt comfortable and right at home. The prices were average. Parking is on the street. I didn’t see a handicapped ramp, but I didn’t ask either, so not sure about that. What I am sure about, is that I will return…SOON!
