The Collective: Food Yard & Garden is an outdoor space located in the heart of Fort White. Shaun’s Kountry Kitchen is our properties primary, permanent food truck vendor. We also have other food vendors that rotate regularly.
On certain days of the week we have an outdoor market, with local crafts and vendors.

Family friendly spot with a variety of seating options, including tables and chairs with a view of the garden, and a picnic tables under pavilion to provide shade from the sun and rain. Corn hole games and roaming paths through the flowers provide diversion for visitors of all ages. The string lights create a romantic atmosphere at night. I especially loved that there were no mosquitoes. I was there from 6-9 pm and didn’t get a single bite. Great addition to Fort White!

We had such a great time at their first open market! Thank you for having such a fun and beautiful place! This was a family friendly environment and we could absolutely feel the love that has been put into this place for our community! Our town has needed something like this for along time (to remember what small town love and community really means)! I have also gone during lunchtime! The environment is beautiful, peaceful, and fun! I have been known to meet my clients here for a meeting. Its a nice change of scenery for my home office and a quick bite to eat.

Visited this place a couple of days ago, they were setting up for an event. I tried the lemonade from one of the vendors, and it was spectacular- reminding me of when I was little, when we would go to the fair to enjoy some fresh squeezed lemonade-he made it from fresh lemons and bottled water, and it was refreshing. The owner of the Collective was there, introduced himself, and we spoke about plans for more vendors, and I thanked him for his help with recognizing a local superstar, as previously we had only communicated through texts. Super happy about this endeavor!

Went to The Collective on Saturday and got the chicken Philly from Shaun in the blue food truck. Was delicious! Went back on Sunday and got a double burger, which was hand pressed and delicious, another chicken Philly, which I didn’t get one bite from , and a dozen giant chicken wings! Everything was delicious a d cooked perfect! Definitely recommend stopping and getting a bite to eat! Great atmosphere as well, the hanging decorated pain glass windows and the wind-chimes were hypnotic! Def recommend!

My boyfriend and came up to high springs for the second time and we saw that this place popped up, i am absolutely in love. The owner Shaun is extremely kind, hard working & generous towards his customers, very proud of his beautiful establishment. We absolutely loved the chicken & waffles, burger & wings, the food was so fresh, well prepared and came out quickly, super yummy. we loved walking around the garden and enjoying the beautiful space Shaun built.

This place was so good I had to come back a second day in a row! Got their rib special yesterday-and they weren’t lying when they said fall off the bone. Went back today and Sean took care of us with some chicken and waffles and a cheeseburger. Food was great, beautiful spot to sit outside and enjoy the weather, not to mention great service. 10/10 – if we weren’t leaving town today we’d be back tomorrow.

We absolutely love The Collective! We go 1-2 times a week. The food is always amazing,along with the service. We love to sit and relax and enjoy the beautiful garden.
