This is the second time I place a delivery order from here has been completely fouled up and no rectification to fix the problem. On one order I received an empty yes, you read that correctly and empty play no food just air. Today’s order was a step a small portion of meat in my bowl, nothing else.

However, I must say that the quality of the food remains consistent with other Chipotle locations, and the staff is friendly and efficient. After not eating it much since high school, Chipotle was quickly becoming one of my go to places when I was in a rush. Pretty good food, convenient, and this Chipotle usually has a much smaller line than others do. I will never be returning to this location however. As 2 of the staff members have some of the worst attitudes that I have seen in years. If you do not like people, I do not understand why you would work at a business like this.

Contrary to some recent negative reviews, my most recent experience was actually 5 stars. For lunch, I had an issue with Doordash’s app. Despite having a long line during their busiest rush hour, the staff was incredibly accommodating in helping me fix my order. I had initially built an order for a chicken burrito bowl through Doordash and since it was below my Dashpass minimum for delivery, I opted to switch out my protein to steak ($2 upcharge) on the first page. This led me to my checkout basket and so I sent in the order.

Ordered pickup and was scheduled to be ready at 3:40 pm. Arrived at 3:44 pm and the order was not even prepared yet nor were they aware until I spoke to the manager about the order. He apologized and gave free chips. Thanks. Went back to the car. All the items were not in the bowl. Ordered a salad bowl but there were only 5 pieces of lettuce. Missing 2 salsas. Went back in to ask for the missing items. No problem (even though I shouldn’t have the need to double check a simple order).

Horrible service. The young lady fixing my burrito literally walked away from the counter and never wrapped my burrito. And just sat down like she don’t care. I felt so disrespected and the other employees just stood around and did nothing. Don’t know what circus they got going on but walking off like a little baby is not acceptable. Dont eat here if you care about respect.
