EDIT: Management needs to stop leaving the teams there unsupervised. We went there a couple weeks ago at night and the working team was not wearing any hairnets. Their hair was everywhere! The guy working the grill, his pants were hanging and his whole derriere was showing. Unprofessional.

I was so happy to find a dibellas in Connecticut. I haven’t had a sub from here since I was last in Rochester many years ago. And it was just as good as I remember. The bread is amazing. I bought a sub for dinner and another one for lunch the next day. Online ordering was simple and they had it ready exactly when they said they would. I’ll be back because milford,CT is far closer to me than Rochester

Ordered 5 subs in total. 3 of which had extra options costing an additional 10 plus dollars. Nothing came with extra. Steak and cheese was normal meat (ends of bread had no meat) also had little to no cheese even though it had extra cheese. Also ordered a meatball with extra meat and godfather with extra meat both were normal (see godfather in picture). Called to ask for credit or to cancel the extra options trying to go back to them. Was put on hold to be told that her gm made these specifically and made sure they had extra meat. Second time this had happened. In a 90$ order. For this to repeatedly happen. I think we’re done.
