It’s in a gas station. At first you might be thinking that’s an issue. I promise it’s not! Everything we had was freaking wonderful. Their meats were tender and flavorful. Portions were very generous and food was made fast. Yeah it’s in a gas station but it’s more like an awesome Mexican joint that happens to have a gas station.

It is inside a gas station, Samer Express, but don’t let that fool you. This food is delicious and fresh. I’ve tried tacos, sandwiches, burritos and quesadillas. Never had bad food there. They have a few tables and a counter to eat at inside. You won’t be sorry!

I have patronized this place twice and the food is authentic and better than many places I have been to. The prices are a bit high to me but all of the ingredients they use are fresh, taste amazingly great and made to order while you wait. So to me it’s well worth it! I ordered the steak burrito, yum! I didn’t take any photos but next time I’m there, I definitely will.

If you’ve ever uttered the words “I’d never eat a burrito from a gas station,” this is a time to make an exception to the rule. Their breakfast burritos made fresh on the grill as you wait are the best I have found in central SC. For further bliss, order a Mexican hot chocolate or hot rice milk–if they’ve not run out.
