Kiosk machines are slow, get stuck on certain screens, and are mounted too low, you have to bend over to use them. If you’re going to force customers to use the kiosk at least get some good ones.

Just came back from there again, Do not come after 12 Midnight, going multiple times now, you will get skimped out on a lot of your food. Nachos fries box had literally 4 fries in it. They didn’t even bother about putting in the melted cheese in the bag. Little to no chicken in the chalupa. Their was no rush just 2 cars in total. Come through the day only. BEWARE AFTER 12.

Went through the drive thru about an hour ago, long story short, the guy that took our order asked if we wanted our burrito regular or spicy. We told him regular 2 times. They ended up making it spicy. I called them to complain about it & all they said was we are so sorry you’re more than welcome to stop by for some cinnamon twists instead of saying that they will improve their customer service.

Was missing items in my online Pick up order ,my grudge is they think by them replacing the items you already payed for and making you go back for them is a sort of way to make up for the mistake they made very disappointing in the customer service I was given by several management members of the store to say the least not happy won’t go back!

This is the worst Taco Bell in El Paso there was a skinny little guy that looked like a mouse with glasses he was super rude and acting snobby that guy needs and attitude check and a check up at the barbers they didn’t even attend me when I went to pay with cash they kept telling me to pay at the kiosk

so the food is typical taco bell and can’t say much more about that but the service really sucks, went inside to place a large order and stood at the counter for 15 mins and watched as every employee just passed by us without even saying hi or one moment. We eventually made our way over to the digital kiosk to place our order and it wouldn’t take our card. So after 15 min of trying to pay it directed us to the counter to pay where we were finally helped after another 10 min of standing there and someone finally explained to us not to enter out pin when paying because it won’t take it. So what should have been a quick 15 to 20 min trip to taco bell ended up being almost 50 min. Now I realize that everything is automated and stuff but regular good old courtesy and a welcoming smile can go a long way, just saying.
