Moved here three years ago. Enjoy Domino’s and order about once every two to three months. Twice in two weeks, I’ve ordered from the Beaufort St, Normal store. Mackenzie was the name on the order. By far these two pizza’s were the best I’ve ever had from Domino’s. They should make Mackenzie a trainer for all their stores.

I was passing thru and on break… decided to have a pizza. So.. McKenzie made it according to the app.. and YES it was perfect. Then Katlyn delivered it… FAST and HOT HOT.. stringy cheesyness.. WITH a smile! She even brought me napkins, parm and red pepper sprinkles. Katlyn and McKenzie are bound for greatness if they do do everything in their future as well as the customer service and hot pizza they provided to me today. Thank you!

If I could of put a zero star I would of. When we got our pizza and cheese bread sticks the pizza box was smashed, the pizza was stuck to the inside of the box. On top of that it was cold. I tried several times to call the store and got know response. I had to act like I was ordering a new pizza to get a response. At such time I was told that the person was only for online orders. They tried to contact the store as well and said that I should try again in an hour or tomorrow. I will absolutely never order DOMINOS AGAIN!!!!!

Giant air bubble warts on our pizza ruining a couple of slices. Nothing mentioned during curbside pick up. Where’s the quality check on this? Doesn’t just look gross, we didn’t have enough pieces for everyone. Really frustrating!

The new carry out window and curbside delivery makes getting pizza extremely easy. The Shift Manager who made our food was fast and courteous. He even asked if I’d like him to wear a glove to swipe my card.

These guys are fantastic. Hands down the best delivery and team I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. They’re super friendly, super punctual with their deliveries, and just generally an awesome team. They bring me plasticware, plates, napkins the whole 9 yards. They’re fun to talk to and enjoy what they do. The food is ALWAYS perfect no matter when I order or who’s making it. I recently called about inquiry that I’ve been storing in my mind since the age of 7. Is it possible to order and purchase an entire pizza box filled with ranch dressing. The Phone operator on tuesday August 10th at approximately 3:15pm informed me on the greatest new since my mother being able to walk. “Yes” he said…”Yes we can do that for you”.
