This is a cool local spot! I ordered the steak tartar and fries. The tartar is ok, a little plain. Fries amazing, drinks are great! The ambiance kinda has a feel of your rich friends’ house in the midwestern suburbs in 2009 which is fun. Good spot to hang and have some drinks!

Great spot for brunch!! Good vibe, solid food, high quality but not too expensive, simple but delicious menu. Definitely recommend for brunch in Bushwick.

To be honest, I didn’t love the food. It was good for a casual dinner but nothing spectacular. The service however was great!

It’s heartbreaking to think I used to love bringing unsuspecting manhattanites to Mominette just to blow their minds with this hidden Bushwick gem. However, i want to say since the pandemic, there were too many staff changes and while the current waitstaff is pleasant enough they seem very unprepared and unable to answer very basic questions (ie: where are today’s oysters from). Speaking of, I used to look forward to their oyster happy hour but last week not only they were not soaked long enough and consequently tasted like urine, the only one i regrettably ate later made me sick. I also have to agree with a previous reviewer that the burger, once the best anywhere near this zip code, looked and tasted right out of Costco’s frozen section besides being overcooked stiff and served with the saddest salad I’ve had outside a school cafeteria. Time to find a new spot.

We came in as a party of 15, celebrating for my mother’s birthday. Usually, service can be difficult for large parties, but the team offered excellent service quickly. And the food was delicious! I enjoyed the entire meal, but the escargot in particular was heavenly. Not so heavy on the wallet either considering how good the food is. I highly recommend you visit!

Great little spot, hidden within the ozarks of Bushwick. Quick service, unique cocktails and pleasant food. The yellow walls and dark brown wood paneling yield an inviting, French atmosphere.

Mominette used to be my favorite spot in BK, I’m gutted to say that my opinion may be changing. First and foremost, the entire service staff taking a liquor shot mid service – ??????? What? The atmosphere was not what I remember, instead of lively French music playing, Daft Punk radio was the choice ~ don’t get me wrong, 2007 Alive changed my life, but is that the vibe of this restaurant now? The only saving grace here is that the food was still impeccable, and our server Apollo (who wasn’t drinking) was attentive and kind.
