Service was great but food was underwhelming. We had 530 dinner reservation but they didn’t have multiple items on the limited menu. The cocktails are amazing, I did get the best mocktail I’ve ever had. The beet risotto was not good, we didn’t eat most of it but the burrata and watermelon salad was amazing. Lamb chops were great but the gnocchi on the side was also not good, very over cooked.

This place is gorgeous. I would definitely pay to eat at this place, despite the slow service…

The Blue Hen is an awesome spot for breakfast in Saratoga. I was interested to see what happened to the area where the Blue Hen is located in the new updated Adelphi hotel. It used to be sort of a secret garden bar area in the old hotel. The updated restaurant is beautiful. It feels open, airy, bright and clean. The restaurant is in a glasses in atrium type of room. The food was delicious and the service was great. Everything was so fresh and even my four year old daughter loved it!

The best oysters we’ve had in Saratoga, and great service! The sushi was not our favorite, but not horrible for American sushi.

Wonderful experience. The dining area is very pretty, with a glass ceiling. All the staff very attentive and polite. They offer a 3 course meal & glass of red/white wine for $35. Fantastic price for what you are served! Complimentary bread. I had the squash soup (amazing), salmon with beets & brussel sprouts, and the ‘tea de creme’ for dessert. All was very delicious! Salmon was perfectly seasoned.

I figure it makes sense to rate a restaurant in four categories: quality of food, service, atmosphere, and price.

The Ambiance and service at this restaurant is top-notch. Everything looks beautiful. The blue plates and presentation really make the restaurant pop. The service is also great. However, the food is expensive and inconsistent. We had four people at our table and two of us got the same appetizer and Main. The burrata appetizer looked very different from one place to the next. It tasted good but the portions were also lopsided. Four of the two people at our table got the roast chicken. One was thinly cut and cooked to perfection. The other was rather thick and rubbery. There’s no excuse for this type of inconsistency at this price point.
