Order placed at 11:00 right after they opened. The guacamole was warm and watery, the chicken was cold and tasted terrible. No way any of this was fresh and I’m certain it’s was from last night in a best case scenario.

I’ve come here and eat here and always get a keto bowl. This time I order for pick up, drove 15 mins home to find the miserable percentage of food that they put here. They also forgot my guacamole and my boyfriends chip and queso we paid for.

The woman is not generous with portion sizes at all. Even people behind me didn’t want her making their food. Also had to get double meat and she put a pinch in and called it double. She didn’t want to add more because she can’t fold it. The guacamole has HUGE chunks of avocado shell in it. I had to call corporate and email them but there was no response. Our food should not have been 35$+ with this horrible service and food.

The picture attached is how they made the food! Employees were laughing! Now it’s time to call corporate. Employees refused to make food and a young lady finally made it. The location is horrible. I told my kids to go to the Acworth or Kennesaw location because they are professional, especially for a younger adults. Those locations are always clean and food is always fresh. This location in Hiram need a new crew and should be reported for health inspection.

I ordered a burritos bowl as my usual. I my order online which is very easy to do. I usually always enjoy Chipotle. But this location was only just ok for me. The bowl just did not have alot of flavor compared to other locations. It didn’t seem to matter what type of sauce I put on it to try to add flavor it just made the food ok for me. I am a big Mexican fan and when Chipotle was built in Hiram I was so excited to have one near me. Unfortunately they are just not hitting the mark lately and I’m a little disappointed. I will continue to be a Chipoltle fan, just maybe not this location.

The staff is not friendly at all. They seem like they hate their job. The food is always old. They brought out new rice that was not cooked all the way. That was a comment from someone sitting beside us who came in after us. My daughter’s steak was chewy. The pinto beans were so dried up. It looked like they had been sitting for hours, so I passed right over getting them. I have tried this location several times because I love Chipotle. But this one needs a makeover of staff who care about the food and the customers. Good choice of restaurant for Hiram. Bad choice of employees and management.

The staff is rude and they give you the smallest portions ever it’s ridiculous. The trash was piled up. The place wasn’t the cleanest. They didn’t even have white rice and the sprite tastes like seltzer so clearly they do not maintain the soda machines.

Don’t know if I caught them after the dinner rush, but inside was very dirty, spills on the floor near the door. Outside parking needed cleaning as well. My bowl was good portion wise, but the guacamole was very stringy, crunchy and bland.
