Wings were not crispy at all. Had to put them in the air fryer to try to salvage them. (Picture is how they came vs after we air fried) Thin crust pizza was undercooked. Sauce was pretty bland. Overall not terrible, but disappointing especially considering the high price.

I had been having issues with the website on my phone and computer initially and by the time I was just over the hassle I called in to the store. It was pretty close to closing and Tara the general manager who was just as frustrated with the technical difficulties via website was understanding and patient and went ahead and made my order, she did the upmost in terms of trying to correct an error that she nor anyone outside the website did. Definitely will be recommending this place to everyone as it’s hard to find a tasty pizza shop that has excellent customer service. Thank you Tara for being helpful as well as patient when I l was initially frustrated with the process.

Expensive pizza, but we keep going back because it is SO good. We love the BBQ pizza but switch sausage for the chicken. Yummy!! We like their deep dish, too. The deep dish usually needs to go back in the oven for a few to cook the crust a bit more but well worth it.

Tried their stuffed pizza and fries and the flavors here are just excellent! While the stuffed pizza had a little too much cheese for my preferences (like, 1.5″ cheese layer), they definitely have the best flavor around for their sauce and crust. Sauce was savory and very thick and is my new favorite. I am excited to try their thin crust. Fries were crispy and loaded up with toppings. Nancy’s is not stingy with toppings, that’s for sure! The stuffed pizza is expensive, but is so tall and so dense that I was done after a slice and a half, so it was definitely worth it.

I really like their food but it’s quite pricy. I usually order Nancy’s Pizza here in Island Lake because it’s the only pizza place that delivers to my home. Once in a while I would pick up my orders. The last time I got my order delivered from Nancy’s Pizza at Island Lake, I ordered from their website online. They’re usually on time for their deliveries. But one thing I didn’t appreciate is when the delivery person reminds me to add a tip next time as I sign the receipt. I already provided tip online, in addition the delivery cost $4.00. How much more tip do they want? This isn’t the only time it happened either. A few times with different delivery persons asks me to tip more on the receipt even when I already tipped online.
