Ordered through mobile app. Put no ranch and got basically extra ranch on my sandwich. The kid working did not even make sure if I had anything else and didn’t even give me the blizzards, dilly bar, or drink. Had to ask for them. The kid also had an attitude. You could tell that he did not want to be there at all. His friends were in the lobby and they just basically talked and did nothing. Also did not get the milk with the kids meal. Multiple employees working but took almost 5 mins to get help on the front counter. Horrible experience.

Don’t bother with this location. Our orders seem to always be messed up and then you have to waste time going back inside to get it corrected. Some of the workers at night are very rude about you wanting your order corrected and will give you an attitude when it was clearly their mistake. You will continue to lose customers with those attitudes. Everyone makes mistakes occasionally, but it is how the mistake is handled that will determine if customers will return. This store could use some basic training on what should be common sense customer service practices.

I was surprised by Dairy Queen. I had been here a couple of times with my family and the service seemed really slow. The other day I went through the drive through and the service was fast. The price for the sandwich was really reasonable compared to similar places nearby and it was really good tasting. I think it is one of the better values around.
