If I have to drive from Louisiana for BBQ…. Then- 14 hours it is… That good! Period. Perfect crisp. Tender. And the perfect amount of sauce. This is worth the drive. Its family owned;the owners are very friendly hard-working to give you great service and it makes it worth supporting.

This place was a go to spot for my lunch breaks when I worked in Buchanan. Their food was always so good, so I chose them to cater my wedding. It was a HIT!! Everyone loved it! Best thing about being an adult, is you get to eat Mac n cheese and BBQ ribs on your wedding day! I couldn’t have made a better decision. And the leftovers were my favorite! We were so disappointed with our food considering how good it smelled and all the good reviews on Google. But our ribs were so tough they were almost painful to eat, the pulled pork was probably the blandest meat I’ve ever had, and the fries were dry and not even edible to someone who pretty much loves all fries. Pretty bummed. Positive though, the BBQ sauce was at least really good.

This place is great! Everything I’ve had from here is perfectly cooked, delicious and, most importantly, consistent as hell (you can trust me, I’m a pitmaster myself). Rib tips and chicken quarter is my go to. The sauce is smokey, sweet and leaves you itching for more. Highly recommend, but try to get there early as you can as they regularly sell out

Ribs had a lighter fluid taste or something to that nature, fries were overcooked and so crispy you could barley bite into um and they melted my Styrofoam container they were so hot..plus they skimmed on the fries…its far from a dinner, like they list it as…They only had bottle water to drink and it was warm when purchased. Won’t be going back…
