My experience here is sometimes good and sometimes bad. The problem is that the quality of service is very inconsistent. At times, I get my orders very fast, whether I’m doing Doordash or getting something for myself, but other times it can be very slow. One thing I would like to comment on is that the milkshakes here are a bit overpriced for the quality of them. I got a chocolate shake here and it tasted about the same as one from McDonald’s, but it was more expensive. Overall, it’s not a bad spot, but if you have a bad experience, don’t be shocked.

How is it okay for this place to allow employees to stay on just because of a workplace relationship? Corporate needs to look more into this store and see that they have been retaliating against multiple employees that used to work here. Come on corporate take the negative reviews seriously. If people are saying they are losing money here, take it serious corporate. All around a horrible place to work or even dine in most times. No one ever gets trained the right way and the general managers clearly pick favorites. if I could do zero stars I would and believe me I have tried to get ahold of corporate to let them know what is going on at this store.

Great place to go if you like rude, dirty looking help with neck tattoos. The quality of the food was definitely on par with the people working there. Filthy kitchen and dining area but fortunately the help had plenty of time to stand around and talk amongst themselves in the back rather than do any cleaning. Pretty sad to see a business being that badly mismanaged. I won’t be back.

The crinkle cut French fries are good. The actual Arby’s sandwich is ok if you eat it right away. If you wait, the buns become soggy. It’s a shame they can’t grill the buns instead of steaming them. If I want to get their sandwiches I have to make sure I’ve got buns or French rolls at home.

We went in for dinner on June 2nd. We got our food and just as we sat down a group of teenagers came in. They obviously worked there and knew the on shift manager…ok…what made us mad is one kid had a huge knife around his neck and proceeded to pull it out and put it in the cashier Belle’s face, then the “manager” was looking at it at the counter and then these teens started climbing on the counter, the fry cook was throwing things at them from the back and they were yelling back to the kitchen. I complained and the manager says, well I tried to tell them to quit.
