Never again will I go to this location. We did not get all of our food, went up to counter with receipt, guy in kitchen said next time you had to bring all the food back. Why? We were dining in. We were missing a salad, cookie and one chicken meal. There were 7 of us. Asked for sauce and it was rudely thrown in a bag.

This chain was on the inflation bandwagon before covid. Going to spend just about the same money eating here as you would at an Applebee’s. Location on Presidential ignores all custom requests to meals and prepares just as the menu says.

On Sunday 8/13/23 @ 6 pm I ordered through mobile app traditional wings(no sauce) with a bogo 10 traditional wings along with a salad. When I arrived home, I received 18 half-cooked wings! I paid $22 and I was very upset with my order!! I left a message and called to speak with the manager about this problen; of course he was busy..never again will I eat at this establishment! I’ve never experienced anything like this under the old management…too many kids sitting around talking and doing nothing; hence my order was a distraction during their conversation is probably why my food was not prepared properly!!!

Customer service is horrible. I came in and some of the associates and a manager were just congregating in the lobby. The cashier was not friendly at all. There was a creepy guy staring at me from the kitchen. It made me VERY uncomfortable. One of the workers walked by and he smelled so bad. I decided to just leave because I didn’t know if he would be handling my food. I will never come back!

I wanted crispy chicken sandwich instead they gave me this.this not what I order I order a chicken sandwich meaning chicken patty not chicken tenders I come here alot got the receipt to prove it this right here is so beyond not right.i never get cheese on my signature sandwich. I will be sending this to corporate office in the morning l. I love their Cobb Salad! It is amazing and very fulfilling. Their service can be slow but that’s usually due to the volume of people. Their food is always fresh! I would recommend them for a great place to eat, especially if you are in the mood for a good salad.

Mostly teens or young adults in they early 20s working there and they are rude, lazy and they dont care about their job i made my order which she didnt get it right and when i got to the window the young lady made a fat joke comment as if i was ordering the food for myself because i ordered a family meal people need to grow up and take in consideration that alot of people have families they have to feed…. i guess they not use to large orders so they feel like people is just fat when its not a small order. Will never go back to that location again

The quality at this location is mediocre. I ordered 2 chicken salad sandwiches. Both of them had almost noo chicken salad on the sandwich. When I returned them I did receive two new sandwiches, although I had to specifically ask for fresh fries. I did not receive any acknowledgement of their error, a “sorry” or otherwise. The store is basically run by a bunch of teenagers…so can’t expect much I guess.
