Wack! Used to be the spot. Now they don’t have the audacity to answer the phone once messing up your order. Owners should give this place up and start over. If they don’t allow a customer to walk in and steal a pizza, why is it okay for them to steal our hard earned money?

Very obvious that Domino’s has overhauled their menu in the last year to have different types of chicken wings pasta and quality additional food to their Mainstay of pizza. During the college days I remember the Domino’s was where they sold paper that’s tasted more like the cardboard but not anymore. Just bring down the prices way to go domino’s!

I was refused delivery and refund, plus the manager was so rude on the phone, having 2 number on my account they called the wrong one and instead of leaving my order in my place they took it back, when i called they kept blaming me that my card was denied, it wasnt, then wrong info, i asked for a delivery and they asked for extra money or no delivery, worst customer experience I’ve experienced in my life, spending 49$ on an order for a single person and get this treatment

Ordering online at Domino’s is so easy and budget friendly that we do it quite often. Either delivery or picking it up at their place is very convenient and quick. They show the progress of your order being prepared by the name of the person who is preparing it all the way through till is ready .If you are picking it up , by pressing a button on your phone you let them know you’re going inside to pick it up and you don’t need to wait in the line. If the food is delivered to your place, you either see the delivery car on your phone delivering your pizza, or if the driver does not have GPS INFORMATION, they would let you know where their car is and when it arrives with few text messages.

Came to pick up my order which was place online 40 mins before heading to the store and standing in the register for another 20 minutes to get notice by the manager to ask my order number and be told that my order was not in the oven.

Edit- finally encounter an issue where they canceled my order a few minutes before I picked it up. I still picked it up but got no credit towards my rewards point balance because it was cancelled. When I called was on the phone for half a hour with no fix. Simple problem wish they could have fixed this.

I have ordered from this place several times over the past two years. They frequently mess up the order in some way, but not enough that I bothered saying anything. That changed tonight. We ordered online and showed up ~5 mins after the latest time they said it should be ready. The kitchen staff was hard at work, but no one was running the counter. Even though THREE people were standing around with their arms crossed, looking like they hated life, NONE of them came up to the counter. I talked with the other people in line, we all already ordered and paid for our orders that by all means seemed to be just sitting there at the “ready” shelf. It’s just that no one was ringing us out. Our food was of course cold by the time we got it, and no one apologized. I’m never going there again.
