I need to express how wonderful the staff working here truly is! My boyfriend placed an order online at closing I found out for delivery!! I work food service. This is totally unacceptable!! He was a total jerk by the way I found out!! But this young lady who was a manager went above and beyond!! I work late and my son had a sleep over he was trying to figure your things out late! And thanks to your most amazing staff they still delivered the order! I can’t praise a nicer customer service experience because they did go way above beyond!!! Long time customer and probably Last time. (Since this isn’t the 1st issue in the last couple months) Ordered last night (12/16) early online for later delivery – 2 1/2 hrs after at 6pm. Got text @6:05 pm it was on its way. By 6:30pm, nothing. Called and spoke to a gentleman that said it didn’t matter we ordered early. They didn’t get the order till 5:30. Then said it didn’t matter we received a text at 6:05. The order didn’t really leave but 20 minutes ago. We said it would be cold. Finally he just spouted out he’d refund our meal. We didn’t Want a refund. We wanted our dinner delivered on time and hot. No apology. Extremely Rude and unpleasant. Practically yelling at us. Our order arrived about 10 minutes later. Food was cold. If you purchase from this location you can always be guaranteed one thing, inconsistency! We always order the same style pizza and it never comes out the same. The NY style is supposed to be thin crust but it arrives most of the time thick & doughy. It seems that they just make the regular crust and just write NY style on the box. Very disappointing when you are hungry and can’t wait for that first slice and it isn’t what was ordered.

I love Papa Johns. I order for work all the time. But lately, someone had been screwing up my orders until I spoke to one the ladies (I should’ve caught her name) after I put in my online order to confirm it. She was so helpful. Even the driver was awesome! I accidentally put in the wrong delivery address which ended up at my work, which is a few minutes from where I live. He was such a gentleman about it. I will definitely still keep ordering from here. Glad I didn’t give up on this branch. My order came in perfect. The pizza was delicious, just the way i asked for and even the wings. We are nitpicky about the wings being too soggy. They were perfectly cooked. Thank you!

Our club ordered 16 pizzas and asked for delivery at a specific time. Pizzas were delivered exactly on time and were fresh & hot! They included plates, napkins, & plenty of packets of parmesan cheese. Everyone enjoyed the pizza. Thank you Papa John’s for the great service!
