Mistakes happen, so normally I wouldn’t leave a review for this, but the way it was handled deserves a review. Had a meal delivered through Uber eats. Receipt stapled to bag was for our correct order, but the food was not our food. It was someone else’s order so I’m guessing they got our food. Called Hurricane, explained the situation, the person on the phone was nice and professional, but had to get the manager. The manager, Danielle, was apparently standing right there but couldn’t be bothered to come to the phone so I heard her explain to the person who was helping me that I had to go through Uber eats for a refund and reorder our meal. So basically, they messed up and Uber eats had to pay for it. Never going back. Hope the people who got our food enjoyed it!

take out time was estimated at 22 min. it was not ready until 35 min. and the place was a ghost town at lunch so the staff only job was to get my food ready no utensils. napkins, or ketchup included or offered. no uniforms or tags worn by employees to differentiate from customers. online order form special requests free form only allows for 8 characters for special instructions. food was above average. service has room for much improvement and management appeared to be missing or incognito dressing inappropriatly for management personnel. john taffer would be very upset with the service.

What a find! We wish them all the best!! Worth finding them back in this center. We had the tuna tacos and Korean BBQ sliders both were great! This is a perfect stop on our trip to Montauk! And their ‘all day’ Happy Hour is worth it.
