Love the sandwiches and chips! Good pricing for quality fresh deli meat. I wish this location would fix the drink area. It has been an ongoing issue for way too long. The shopping center is not being fair to this renter not fixing the issues.

Sorry these full sandwiches are lacking considering the price. Ordered the Cubano and a Veggie as standard and both are pretty thin on all of the toppings…more laughable when compared to the app pictures. Here’s the Cubano straight out of the wrapper.

I like Jimmy John’s subs. This was my first visit to this location and I was pleased. They were fast, had helpful suggestions and the place was super clean. It was not busy when I was in but it looks like they are ready to take on huge rushes both at the main counter and the order-out counter. I will certainly be back.

In the last 90 days, I have placed 27 orders with Jimmy John’s at 12080 Jefferson Avenue. On October 16, they could not fulfill my online order due their driver being sick. For more than ten days, I have waited for the reimbursement of my order. Instead of trying to resolve their issue, the store manager hang up on me during our phone call on October 26. This is not only highly unprofessional but also rude and ensures that I will never order with them again.

UPDATE: Jimmy Johns reached out to me after my complaint and reimbursed my order. Although the initial customer service received was unacceptable, they showed that they cared about my issue and did what the could to make it right.
