Waited 30 minutes for a small (3in) sub for the cheese and mustard to be missing and have to bring it back in. ( 35 minutes if you add in the remade sandwich)Three people in front of me, something that smells like nail polish remover burned my eyes and nose the entire time, and paid $11 for the experience for a tiny sub and two bags of chips and 35 minutes of my life I can’t get back This is the pic of the second sandwich box I received covered in mustard so yeah… there’s mustard now and also on my pants so that’s nice but maybe I should be happy I got mustard this time? 1/10 don’t recommend and I won’t come back again.

Yesterday I called for my order to be picked up when I got there my order was by the pick up orders I walked over to pay for it and the girl said is there anything else you need I said yes I need to pay for my order she said u already did when you order on line I said I didn’t I called in for it to be picked up while I was paying for my order I said you know I could have walked in grabbed my order and walked out without paying but I don’t want the person that took my order to get it taken out of her pay she made a mistake and I’m an honest person

Lord they had a screaming match with a customer. Software went down so everybody’s order was backed up. Over 1 hour 15 minutes when told 15 to 20. Customer says “what’s your name” manager says “Mrs Go Home”…lol

Cost of the average food is way too high plus a tip we could have easily eaten in a full service restaurant for less, we came in for the hope of a good sandwich, which it was, fast service, which it wasn’t, and a fair price,which it certainly wasn’t. It cost $$33 plus tip for 2 medium sub combos. That will be our last time in a Firehouse restaurant anywhere. Your employees deserve better treatment, I overheard some comments, and your customers deserve better, lower your price!
