The staff is rude, unprofessional, & lazy. They are always out of everything and give customers attitude when they could easily just put a sign on their door. One of the workers just kept saying “hell nah” when referring to that what they were out of when trying to make my bowl. When we asked how long it would be on chicken, he said “10 minutes” then switch his answer to “probably longer.” This used to be a great location but it has gone down hill quick.

This chipotle used to be great, now it’s a lot like the one Downtown on Euclid. The staff here is undertrained, rude, and just flat out do not care about service. Kinda makes you wonder how seriously they take making the food that people are eating. A year ago this store was clean, fast, and never had an issue. They are constantly out of things (ie too lazy to open a package and put out more) the girl at the register was on FaceTime having a full blow convo (when she wasn’t visiting with friends at a table in the lobby). Whoever is in charge needs to get their team together. I will not be back.

Visited this location at 7:30PM and the entire store looks like it been turned upside down. They had absolutely no rice, no beans, no nothing. The guy said “this all we got bruh” I’m like what lettuce. Whoever is in charge absolutely is in desperate need of leadership support because if the health department would have walked in. I’m sure the store would have been fined it was complete disaster in the overall appearance that I’m glad they had nothing in the store.

An hour before closing they were out of quite a few things and just said we’re out of whatever when customers stepped up. I was tired and hungry and Chipotle was a treat for me though it was a few years ago I went in thinking it would be delicious and I could sit down. The chairs were all up on the tables. The staff of four were cheerful mainly talking to each other. They were out of lids to the small size beverage and thinking back I should have asked for any cup with a lid and asked for a table to be cleared I have a knee with trouble. I was too tired and hungry and just took my dinner and went out back as I remembered a small table or two but they were gone. I kept scooting a long and finally settled for a bench next to the bus stop. The burrito was heavy on the rice because they were out of beans and such. I called a Lyft and went home.

What a messy store. Dinning room may not have been wiped down since it opened today. Messy counter. Food over flowing from each container onto the counter. Saw a half hearted attempt to use a dirty rag to clean between the rice and the beans resulting in dirty rice ending up back into the containers. Was told at 9 pm no fajita veggies and no steak! No more? Went to the men’s room. Felt like throwing up. Worst Chipotle location I have ever seen!

Awful place. Seem to pretend they are out of various ingredients because they don’t feel like cooking them or getting them out of the fridge. Employees walk off the job and never return. Rudeness reigns. Today they informed a massive line of people that they could not sell burritos because none of the employees knew how to wrap them. Zero stars.

I have been to this chipotle twice. The first time I went, they were out of chips so I had to go next store to get some. The second time I went, there was a long line and the guy said that they weren’t going to have protein for 20 minutes. We ended up leaving. This is very disappointing. Do better.
