Paid at drive thru with debit card. No one in front of me or behind me. Asked to pull around to front. Then server came out to tell me I was not charged for onion rings. I’m not handing over my debit card now to pay for onion rings. Not happy because drive thru is a convenience not inconvenience. Working at home on projects I was not dressed to get off and pay for my missed item.

Went today 6/30/21 for my lunch hour, I always order my fav which is the Chicken Club in a lettuce wrap. When I get to my destination to eat it and take a bite and it was not only not what I ordered but it was salty and dry, slopped with so much Mayo. I called to complain about the burger having too much salt and being bland. Someone answered and “didn’t hear me” so I hung up to call back and conveniently the line was busy and I called 5 times and the line was still “busy” simply horrible. I liked this place until today. So disappointed.

Awesome experience. I’m a commercial driver and obviously my 13’6″ truck won’t fit through a 9′ max drive thru so I have to walk up to the window to order at fast food places. Usually the employees are okay with this and sometimes I get turned away, which AMAZES me… This location made me feel very welcome with my unique situation, let me order at the window while on foot and made all my food hot and fresh which was super super awesome. Even said I was always welcome at that location with my big truck, definitely earned my business every time I have a delivery in Santa Fe Springs. 5 years in fast food service myself, 3 as a closing manager and the GM of this store should be super proud of their closing crew. Whoever cashier #49 is, gets mad kudos from me.

They always get my order wrong. This time I brought it back because what I got wasn’t a jalapeno burger and it had ketchup on it… the second attempt at the jalapeno burger was still sad. The southwest sauce or whatever they put on it was about 1 teaspoon or less on the bottom side and the top was dry.
