A comfortable place for guest to enjoy our signature specials – Taco Tuesday, WOU Wednesday, Trivia Thursday, Late Night Happy Hour Friday and Cider Saturday. We have a 40 tap keg system where guest can enjoy a wide variety of craft beers, ciders and Rogue Root Beer (a kid’s favorite)! We offer NFL Sunday ticket, Western Oregon University Games, and other sports on any of our 10 T.V.s. We also offer Oregon Lottery games, growler fills, and an outdoor patio. Rookies is a family friendly place where the entire family can enjoy fabulous food, good games, and make marvelous memories together.

Amazing service! Bartender checks on customers often including video lottery players. VERY CLEAN, including restrooms (they even offer free ‘feminine emergency products’!!) I had a Reuben burger (on special) – I asked for onions to be extra sautéed and they complied perfectly. Burger was cooked PERFECTLY!! Juicy, not dry at all! Highly recommend! Glad I stopped on my drive through!

Great beer selection and atmosphere. It took about 40 minutes from the time we ordered to receive 2 sandwiches and a burger. The sandwiches were great but the burger was overcooked and dry. We will be back and edit this review if our experience with food changes.

I was really excited to try this place, since I’ve heard some good reviews about the food. The service was outstanding. The gentleman behind the counter was welcoming, polite, and hospitable. The selection of tap beers was quite extensive. However, I was there to pick up a tasty bite to take home. This is where I was left so disappointed that I don’t see myself returning. I decided to try the special, which was a Reuben Sandwhich. I couldn’t take a bite without pulling most of the chewiest, toughest corned beef I’ve ever experienced out of the sandwhich with that bite. Also, it was on white bread instead of the traditional rye that you would use for a Reuben. The type of bread really does make a huge difference for this sandwhich. I tried to eat the layers separately, but unfortunately couldn’t finish even half of what I ordered (which is rare because I’m not one to waste my money on uneaten food). My review is: Go for the beer, service, and TV if that’s your thing, but not the food.

First time in. The two guys working there were really nice and polite. I ordered french dip. The sandwich itself was loaded with tasty beef and really really good. The au jus was a bit salty though.

Good beer and hard cider selection. Food was good, but not great. The pretzel tasted a little weird (deep fried?). They were super accommodating to put on the game my dad (who was visiting from out of town) wanted to watch.

You won’t enjoy great food without great service. We enjoyed both today with Cody serving us a blue cheese hamburger and a chicken caesar salad wrap, each with perfect french fries. Cody was friendly and attentive; we felt most welcome. We’ll be back again!
