I like to try different foods, was suggested to give this place a shot. WOW!!!! so delicious. I recommend starting everything so far. The Lamb meat pies are my favorite but others are also wonderful when I’m in a hurry.

Went to Get Cabbage Rolls 25 dollars okay let’s see them please, no not the plain one (SIR)the ones in red sauce, red sauce my a$$, looked like clear water sauce to me , and looked like rolled up tamales in water Wow attitude from Mr 50 years. Walked away and threw them back in the fridge . Didn’t want anything to do with us, what a jacka$$ bye bye

Like many other posts I’ve read on here, Sam did his best to ridicule and humilate me in front of customers. We had an order for over $500 and I moved a few of the boxes over to make room for more. He stops what he was doing and says, “What, are you on speed or something?” I was shocked. I told him I was trying to help. His response? “I’ve been doing this over 40 years. Does it look like I need your help?”

If I’ve never reviewed this Delicatessen then shame on me. BEST EVER MEAT PIES! Along with a great array of Lebanese stand by’s. My family, when we were kids, shopped there often. Now MANY years later I still shop there, much of my family transplanted to Huntsville and every time they come back up Emily’s is the FIRST place they go to. I turned one of my coworkers on to Emily’s meat pies, he’s Lebanese, I asked, was it as good as mom’s, he said it was better and every bit as good as his grandma’s! WOW as good as grandma’s!! Now THAT is a HUGE compliment!!
