I tell you what even though it looks kinda dingy, the food was freaken amazing!!!!! Worth the wait. And reasonable price too. Now I come from Detroit metro area and we have a Mexican town where you can choose spots to go to and I’ll say this them carnitas tacos were some of the most softest most delicious tacos I’ve ever! Had!! Was highly impressed on the quality of the food. So don’t be scared of the crowd in there just mine your bznes and let that food love on you because your gana love it!!

I have never been so uncomfortable in my life. We visited from out of town and wanted Mexican food for dinner. We chose to eat here and I regret it. Everyone stared at us when walked in. No one greeted us. The music playing was so loud that I couldn’t hear my friends talk. The food I ate was terrible. This restaurant is so small and I felt very out of place. I’m sorry but I’ll never eat here again.

Oh my goodness that’s the best tasting Mexican food I’ve ever had. I’m assuming it’s the locals restaurant because it got packed after we got there then the music came on and wow the place was very lively and they were very friendly everyone from patrons to workers but once again the food was phenomenal. Will be going back for more. The price for two people there was 32.00 and serving size was way too much eat but very delicious..

We are from out of town, my family wanted some authentic Mexican food. As soon we walk in it gave good vibes, mexican store and taqueria next to it. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself changed our vibes as soon as we saw it. The floors were so dirty, food everywhere, loud music, drunks all over. A guy walked passed us smelled of pure alcohol. No one ever came to us to seat us or greet us. A guy approached me and tried talking saying it’s a good place and to have a seat in a booth where some guys got up from. I told him I had to wait for someone to clean it so he grabbed a napkin and cleaned the table then used his shirt and said there you can sit now. He was very drunk. After 10 minutes I told my family we should leave never got any service.

Wow! Totally authentic Mexican food, no Tex mex here! Went for lunch with a group of friends. Decided to branch out and order carne azada nachos instead of the typical taco Tuesday. They were AMAZING!!! Piled high with carne azada and cheese! Hot and fresh, absolutely delicious. Everything else enjoyed their food as well, we all agreed we’re definitely going back soon!!! Try it, you’ll be glad you did!!!

If you’re looking for a great atmosphere, this restaurant might not fit the bill. It’s inside of a grocery store. However, the food was really phenomenal. I got the chicken tacos, which were SO GOOD. My mom got the taco salad, which was quite different from what you might expect from a typical Mexican restaurant with more traditional Mexican ingredients. We were going to a concert at the Thomas Boling Arena and the restaurants in the area were just a little too bougie for our taste. So glad we found this place! It was perfect.
