Yesterday I got Golden Krust in Orange for lunch. I ordered the Large Oxtail w/ Rice & Peas, Cabbage, and Plantains. I also ordered a Spicy Beef Patty on the side. Absolutely loved the Oxtails. They were tender and had great flavor. And the sauce it was in was very good as well. I asked the lady to give me more veggies than rice, and then told her I’d pay for extra oxtails. The lady happily obliged. Customer service was awesome and attentive. The two ladies who prepped and took my order were really nice. My only real issue was the spicy beef patty. There was more dough than meat, and the meat on the inside was not filling nor tantalizing at all. And to top it off the patty was also a little cold. All in all the total experience was pretty good, the oxtails were exceptional, and the spicy beef patty was pretty mediocre at best. Would totally order from Golden Krust Orange again!

Poor experience today at 12:00 I m a daily customer and last week I didn’t receive any plantains in my tail meal for $21.00 so the owner lady said she’ll give them to me next time even though I paid. So today I walk on to get the veggie platter and my plantains on the side that was owed. When I explained to Tiffany n Carmen they both acted like they didn’t speak English n was rude about it. They even walked off attended to other customers while I was at the cash register. Disrespectful! So I ask, is someone going to help? I was helped by a man then they all was talking discriminatory towards in their language. The young man laughed ng, still assisted me and still put the plantains in the same tray. I’m done

This place is extremely SLOW….. the food is ok, but the service and the attitude of the staff is absolutely despicable. Our Caribbean people/restaurants need to be better in terms of service toward customers who continuously keep their business open even with bad service and attitude
